Job Description
An established property-maintenance company is seeking an experienced Painter for residential and commercial projects across Western Sydney. The role includes surface preparation, interior and exterior painting and completing quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting
Apply paint using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
Repair minor cracks, holes and damaged surfaces
Protect surrounding furniture, floors and fittings
Maintain tools and clean the worksite after completion
Ideal Candidate:
Previous residential or commercial painting experience
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of paints, coatings and preparation techniques
Own transport and a valid driver licence
Trade qualification is desirable but not essential
